TMNA is excited to announce the 8th Annual Run The Grove 5K sponsored by Eureka Heights Brew Co and Kids Fun Run sponsored by Heights Speech and Language will be held on Saturday, March 29th, 2025!
Over the last three years, we have more than doubled in sponsorship and runner participation! In 2024, we hosted over 600 racers and we expect eve more in 2025! This year your registration will support Grow the Grove, a beautification program dedicated to planting new trees throughout the area, as well as the Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve, Love and Sinclair Elementary Schools, plus other community initiatives.
We are also excited to continue utilizing the improved 5K course which has been measured and certified by USATF. The 5K will start and end at the Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve as before; however, the course includes more of our neighborhood streets, as well as the perimeter of the park.

About Timbergrove Manor Neighborhood Association (TMNA):
TMNA was organized by property owners over 40 years ago to represent the needs and interests of the 400+ homes in the Timbergrove Manor community. With a diverse mixture of people from all walks of life, Timbergrove neighbors enjoy an open community situated in the Greater Heights area only ten minutes from downtown Houston. Our quaint corner hosts a natural feel with old growth trees and many water features near White Oak Bayou. Homeowners include those with original homes built in the 1950's as well as many new homes built in the 2000's through today.
We conduct numerous beautification and cleanup projects, maintain reasonable deed restrictions, sponsor seasonal neighborhood activities, and actively participate in many greater community events. Our biggest event is the Run the Grove 5K, which has been running since 2015. We hope you will enjoy running through our wood-lined neighborhood streets as much as we do!
