Timbergrove Manor Neighborhood Association (TMNA) is thrilled to announce the 9th Annual Run the Grove 5K — sponsored by Eureka Heights Brew Co., with the Family Fun Run sponsored by Heights Speech and Language — happening Saturday, March 28, 2026!
Our neighborhood tradition just keeps growing! Over the last few years, participation and sponsorship have more than doubled. In 2025, we hosted over 650 runners, and we’re expecting growth to continue in 2026.
Every step you take helps give back! All race proceeds will support the Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve, Love Elementary, Sinclair Elementary, and local initiatives that make Timbergrove such a special place to call home. For the last two years, the run has supported Grow the Grove, a neighborhood beautification program dedicated to planting new trees throughout Timbergrove. We have now planted over 50 large trees in the area to replenish what was lost from storms and droughts over the last few years!
We’re excited to once again feature our certified USATF 5K course, which starts and finishes at the Lorraine Cherry Nature Preserve. The scenic route winds through our beautiful neighborhood streets and along the park perimeter — perfect for runners, walkers, and families alike.

Founded over 40 years ago, the Timbergrove Manor Neighborhood Association represents the 400+ homes that make up our vibrant community. Nestled in the Greater Heights area just minutes from downtown Houston, Timbergrove blends old-growth trees, bayou trails, and a welcoming mix of neighbors in both original and newly built homes.
TMNA sponsors neighborhood beautification and cleanup projects, seasonal events, and community partnerships — all aimed at preserving and enhancing our unique character.
